Trump Calls for War Crimes Against Iraq

News, War

During a White House meeting with airline executives today, Trump complained that the U.S. didn’t commit any war crimes by stealing Iraq’s oil during the Bush and Obama years.

At the meeting, Trump complains, “We’ve spent 6 trillion dollars in the Middle East. We have nothing, and we have an obsolete plane system, obsolete airports, obsolete trains, we have bad roads. We’re going to change all of that folks. You’re going to be so happy with Trump. I think you already are.”

Can’t believe Trump said that? See for yourself in the video below.

Invading another country to take their natural resources is considered a war crime under the Geneva Convention. This action would also be in violation of multiple international agreements, including the Hague Conventions of 1899 and 1907. Do you think Trump knows this? This is not the first time Trump has called for new action against Iraq to confiscate their oil. Does this mean yet another Iraq War is imminent?
